「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The view of Lake Como from the balcony is exquisite. Breakfast was excellent and Rita was a great host. The croissants were the best we've ever had! The walk up and down the path to the town issues but walkable.」

「The room was very clean with a beautiful view. The staff members varied from very helpful to not so much especially in the restaurant. I asked for fruit and was told they did not have!?! Vs providing options like, we will have tomorrow or can I slide an orange for you (which they did have). 」

「Best hotel ever, best spa ever and the service was top notch, the location and amenities are superb… the front desk manager personal touch due to our anniversary was the icing on the caje」

「Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.」

「Amazing staff, VIEWS, & location. Room was dated -furniture and bed. The views are to die for, restaurant was beautiful romantic, good food. Easy easy to take train or boats anywhere... I would stay here again and again, and... again. 」
