「Upon check in, the desk agent informed us that the elevator was out of service and apologized. While we were not inconvenienced, but other guests were quite rude to the employee. She handled their frustrations with class while informing them that a technician was on their way. It is a shame that other guests acted so poorly when she was clearly doing everything in her power to remedy the situation. 」
