「The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. In the morning, I was offered an Americana in the lobby which was nice... & Delicious. Anytime we called front desk, they always answered & assisted us very politely. The only issue I...

「Something special to do after holiday season」

「The room was very cold when we arrived(57) degrees when it was 15 degrees outside. The baseboard heat wasnt great so a portable heater/ ac adjusted for heat. Plus, there was a clicking sound that lasted about 10 seconds every 15 minutes. Was told it was water going through pipes. We slept ok but still very annoying. You had to drive to the fitness room and the game room. Wouldnt recommend this in the winter time.」
