Food was mediocre, service once people got to you was great, but wait times were long. Great location, walking distance to beach but no concept of time for sure. Needed doctor they told me 4 or 430, he showed between 8-830p.

We enjoyed our stay at Condovac. We traveled with teens and little kids. The food was wonderful, lots to choose from. The kids enjoyed the fresh fruit and endless pina coladas. The location itself is wonderful but you need to take the shuttle if you want to go from the ocean to the lobby/restaurant. It's pretty hard to get around if you have a baby in a stroller. You have to climb the big hill or grab the shuttle which means folding the stroller and holding the baby. It's quit difficult if you're by yourself. We had a double stroller and had to lug it up and down the hill a few times. The property itself is wonderful but not the most ideal with squirmy toddlers that you have to protect from falling in the pool or off of the viewing platform. The platform is super cool but has no walls so you have to watch the little kids. Overall id rate it an 8 just because of the no wifi in rooms and less accessibility with little kids.

Beautiful scenic views. Shuttle to the beach was fast and reliable. Food was the same everyday. Only the buffet available. The amenities - carousels, popcorn hut etc not open during the week.

We loved our time in Costa Rica! Condovac La Costa has incredible views from the property. Javier Salas from Unique transfers and tours was incredible on site! The only thing that we didn't like was the food was almost the same everyday and the meats were tough. We ate out a lot.

The front desk staff were not helpful. Asking for help with luggage for my 80 year old mother in law... Nope they don't help. Aside from breakfast the food is the worst I have ever had. They served pasta with chopped up deli meats, there was a few spiders in the carafe of rice and the food was cold. Selection is extremely limited, and the menu did not vary. We only ate 1 lunch and no dinners at the hotel - we paid and ate elsewhere. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only issue for 3 nights in a row is the neighbours dog barked and would not stop. It woke me up after 11pm and the barking started again the next morning at 7am. Repeated messages to the front desk and nothing changed and no room changes were offered. Months ago reviews noted no room wifi. They said it was fixed. Please know this is untrue and there is still only wifi in the hotel lobby.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones externas, no cumplen con lo que indica la página web, no hay shows nocturnos, los carruseles solo funcionan sábados y domingos, escases de toallas de piscina, no hay conexión WiFi, no hay señal de televisión, la excusa es que tienen problemas con las instalaciones y que no lo pueden arreglar.

Randall helped us so much from when we got there until we departed with excursions transportation everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend to go take a tour also with Samuel driver and tour guide with Daniel with Costa Rica unique tours. Oh and the views and drinks are amazing!! Pura Vida

Wish we had known more specifics about amenities. Did not find out about second eating spot until last night. Need internet in rooms. Staff was very friendly. Tours need to be explained better. Overall, Ana(maid), Gustavo, Ernesto, and norman( tour guides) and all wait staff excellent.
