The hotel’s staff were all nice and polite (and honest. One day I accidentally dropped some money at my door when I pulled my card key of my pocket; the girls that had just cleaned my room came nocking at my door and gave me the money back. Honest people it’s hard to find now days). Hotel was clean, super spacious, very close to the beach and 5th Ave. The food was very good too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, and conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Food options were basic, some lacking flavor, and drinks weren’t the best. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and view. Rooms are cleaned, and big with nice size balcony. Property is right next to a local bar so it was music being played all night. Overall it was an ok experience.

I went with two of my friends for a birthday trip. The hotel staff was super friendly and the food options were amazing. The pool area was super nice and the area around the hotel was nice as well. We overall a great experience and I would go again.

me and my partner recently stayed here and it was great! mimosas when we walked + a mini tour to get accustomed. many options for drinking. not too many dining options but it’s not bad but if you want to switch it up there’s eateries nearby. i would recommend utilizing the transportation provided by the hotel and paying an extra $15 to go to the sister hotel!! truly a great experience

I have stayed at Reef28 the last couple of years. This year the property is now just about selling upgrades. There were about 10chairs total available at the pool. Everything else was an upgrade (buy a bottle to get a chair). We were treated like second class citizens even though we paid full price for all-inclusive. The day stay party people are treated better than guests at the property. Not staying at Reef28 again.

Es la primera vez que me hospedó y el hotel es muy bonito y súper amables todos. Unicamente sentimos que el servicio para los restaurantes y bares no fue el mejor, ya que cuando nos sentábamos siempre era esperar mucho tiempo a que nos tomaran la orden y en el roof también las bebidas tardaban demasiado. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el teléfono de nuestro cuarto nunca sirvió y el elevador no sirvió el día que nos íbamos y tuvimos que bajar las maletas por las escaleras desde el 4to piso.

The staff were so nice and sweet. I asked the staff if they could do something special to our room for our first vacation as a couple and they put rose petals on the bed and chocolate with champagne. I have never felt so loved and appreciated staying at a hotel. I would definitely go back again!

What an amazing experience! Reef 28 gave exceptional 5 star services. The food was out of this world! The hotel was gorgeous and always clean. The rooftop bar and restaurants were fabulous. Thank you Alen, Leonardo, Freddy, Fernando and all of the staff we are so grateful for your treatment and we will definitely be back.

Reef 28 was an amazing place to stay at, food was amazing & the staff went out of their way to take care of you. There was an option to go to their sister hotels and enjoy the same services we had at our hotel for a very affordable price which was awesome. Breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was amazing. Calle 5 or 5th street was 2 minutes away and there was so much to do on that street and it was never ending also the public beach was behind the hotel for a short walk as well. It was great as it was adults only and very economical so if you get a chance to go I recommend this hotel.

Great location! Only 2 blocks from beach and 1 block from the famous 5th Avenue where all the restaurants and shops are! Every morning we walked to get coffee and every evening we walked to have dinner. We were able to walk everywhere! All the staff was wonderful! The roof top pool and bar area is nice! Food was great! View is amazing! My only complaints were that the bubbles were kind of annoying, one of the umbrellas was blown over on me by wind and it hurt my arm and if you don’t get there early you will not get a seat.
