The restaurants were ok, some were great, others blah. Drinks were also just ok. You definitely need to ask for better liquor otherwise you get the worst of the worst. The room was dated but overall nice. Our Ray Ban sunglass were in our carry on bags and stolen from our room. Both mine and my husband's. Front desk seemed unphased by this. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and accommodating..good service at most places. Get to the pools early to reserve chairs, otherwise hard to find spots at the larger pools.

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights. The stay was excellent , with easy acess to the beach, lot of dining options and nice bars. The beach itself was not great though. The pools are awesome . Another thing we missed were options for snacks and coffee. There were multiple bars but only one starbucks on the property, which is not inclusive. I loved it overall and would still go there again.

El hotel es lindo y aunque los trabajadores intentaban ser amables y atentos el hecho de ser mexicanos era motivo de discriminación, todo en el hotel está pensado en turistas estadounidenses únicamente, incluso toda la programación de televisión está en inglés y no hay manera de ver algo en español, lo mismo con las actividades, de playa, karaoke, etc. Mi novio y yo viajamos porque él me pediría matrimonio, la ayuda que recibió fue precaria aún y cuando cobrarían por ello, al final fue un desastre todo y con ello una de las peores experiencias de nuestras vidas, muchas actividades no alcanzamos porque todo está saturado, el servicio de bufet es muy limitado (huevo, fruta, pan, café ) y deja mucho que desear, la vida nocturna es inexistente, room service muy muy tardado y de mala calidad. Está ubicado frente al mar pero no se puede meter y nadar dentro de él. Por el costo no vale la pena, hay mejores opciones.

The place was beautiful. A lot of different places to eat and try. Hotel staff was excellent. We booked a beach front swim up and didn’t get it because of over booking so disappointed on that They have $300 comp to use at the resort so we used it on the candle light dinner on the beach. Fantastic! Great staff who are very friendly. Lots of dining options. Food was good, but Fuentes dining theater was excellent. Must do! Maroma beach excursion was fantastic. Transportation to and from airport excursions was provided. Spa was phenomenal and Housekeeping was amazing as well! Some complaints include the app used to reserve things kept crashing and not loading for me along with the pools being cold and not heated. Lastly reserving the more inclusive excursions needs to be done ASAP as we did it the morning after we got there (told it would be fine to do) and were not able to do some of the excursions.

Rooms are terribly outdated.When arriving to property was told room booked was not available.Had to settle for another room.Waiting for reimbursement for cost difference.

They didn’t give us the room we got. Said no more left. Other customers checking in same time same thing. Wanted us to sign something saying we wouldn’t ask for compensation or credit back. They offered us a room in the family area which we didn’t want along after they tried to give us spa credit for $100 when the lowest package was $230 out to make money off us and other people at resort most had booked through expidea. Ran out of food at buffet at 830pm in family zone after we got there after arguing at front desk for hour. Overall the resort was beautiful just shady at check in. Our screen door in the room we got was not working, phone line cord would pop out if using phone and our safe didn’t work, which eventually they came and fixed it.

Amazing property, great value with the more inclusive excursiona. The only annoying thing for me was the guests that would get up early morning to go around and put towels and belongings on pool/beach chairs and cabanas and then leave them there the whole day.
