「It was sufficient for a night stay but probably would not spend an extended time there. The walls and bathroom door had crayon marks. The area is very congested and I didn't realize when I booked that for an overnight stay while on a road trip that it would take me an hour to get out of Pittsburgh!」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
