「Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. 」

「Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention.」

「房間雖然不大，可是很有氣氛。廚房很小，不太好使用，適合住4-5人。6人以上會太擠，餐桌只能坐4個人。閣樓房間晚上看外面很美麗，周遭很熱鬧，只是從火車站托行李過來很不方便，要走約20分鐘。接待人員很親切，樓下有免費的咖啡跟茶，還有漂亮的庭院可以吃下午茶。」

「Logement parfaitement localisé, spacieux et calme. Entrée autonome dans le logement, tout était prêt. Nous avons passé un superbe moment à Gand. Quelques point d’amélioration : Propreté dans l’entrée du bâtiment, propreté des fauteuils et vitres. Quelques couverts et éléments dans la cuisine à ajouter également.」

「The property was decorated nicely and spacious for one person. Excellent communication from Host and optional activities available. Could benefit from a tv for entertainment. Would definitely recommend & stay again!」

「For the price it was a nice stay. i didn't find it clean enough. i don't really know what to expect for so little money, I think the price/quality was just ok. rooms are noisy, luckily the neighbors went to sleep quickly. all in all fine, but a little more cleaning would be nice. 」
