"Closed captions were only available on NBC,ABC, FOX… other stations worked but no closed captioning. Couldn’t enjoy the movies. No ice machines. Lobby bathroom was filthy & hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Our room had tattered blanket, peeling/chipped paints falling. Room bathroom were slightly better but could tell housekeeping staff aren’t doing their best. There were visible evidences of updates/remodels… but workers weren’t clearly identified as one.
