"Jackie was amazing and super accommodating; we booked a room based off the picture thinking there would be a tub for the kids but we ended up with a shower only. When I voiced this to Jackie she did what should could and got us in another room with a tub and was extremely nice and understanding about it. I will definitely continue to book our stays at this hotel for her actions alone. "

"Staff was pleasant. Motel was clean and comfortable. It was a little ways off the highway, but it was getting late and Pocatello was over an hour away, so we were very happy to find a reasonably priced motel. We had a good nights sleep here - no complaints."

"The whole trip and experience was 5 star!! From the time of check in with Dave who was very helpful and informative to the dining and lounge experiences with Will who was an excellent bar tender best in the area and as well as Rachael and one other individual who was waiting tables.
