「This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. 」

「We enjoy staying here occasionally to see a concert or gamble for fun. It’s convenient having entertainment and then being able to just go upstairs to bed. Out bathroom this stay wasn’t fully clean. There was long black hair all over the shower walls, the toilet lid was dirty, and the washcloths did not smell clean. We have stayed here before without issue so it was likely a fluke. We will stay again.」
