"Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still ..."

"It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot."
