「clean and good location」

「Wir haben uns bewusst für ein B & B Hotel entschieden, da sie nicht nur in Deutschland vertreten sind. Wir waren zum Urlaub in Ravenna. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nicht unbedingt vordergründig, da wir ortskundig waren. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Es spricht englisch und italienisch. Ein großes Kompliment an die Zimmermädchen. Die Sauberkeit war während des ganzen Aufenthalts top. Das Hotel ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei uns im Zimmer gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden...

「The hotel is lovely and the staff has gone above and beyond to help us. It is farther from Porto corsini for our cruise but let me tell you we are happy we showed up! The area feels very safe and quite beachy feel to it. The restaurant gave us dinner recommendations that were fabulous !!!」

「Très bon séjour, la chambre était un peu ancienne mais pour dormir pas de soucie. Le personnel était adorable et à notre écoute. Alessandra au restaurant était très gentille et adore les enfants. On a passé un bon séjour. 」

「Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage. 」

「De mensen zijn vriendelijk en het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Als je het vriendelijk vraagt kun je ook een cappuccino of espresso krijgen aan de bar. Kamers zijn oké Alleen de douche mag vervangen worden. Wel een kamer met balkon zeezicht vragen」

「Very clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location to see the city’s historic sites and eat at great cafe’s. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Foto ingannevole visto che la piscina non è nella struttura ma è dell’hotel di fronte. Pulizia e manutenzione della camera non da 3*. Varietà bella colazione ma qualità del cibo non molto alta. Mi dispiace molto perché avevo grandi aspettative e il prezzo pagato, a parer mio, non è giustificato per il servizio offerto.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
