「我揀嘅係pool access 房種，間房係大嘅，但亦因為大，燈光唔足夠，廁所乾濕分離，有浴缸。一出房，就有兩張太陽椅，亦都可以去到泳池，唔想周圍去嘅，係咪個唔錯嘅選擇，泳池唔算大。房嘅整潔程度還可以，而職員亦好友善，至食早餐嘅地方係無冷氣，但都唔會太熱，另外食過另一間泰國菜餐廳，啲嘢食一般，價錢合理。」

「Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」

「Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.」

「A little disappointed because the front desk service is not efficient. My check in time was at 2:00 pm but the room was only ready at 3:30 pm. Also, the drainage in the toilet had a bad odour. However, the food in their restaurant is delicious and the staff in charge of keeping luggage were really nice and polite.」

「We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and...

"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."
