Recently renovated, but felt very cheap. Light switches all over the room, confusing to use. Toward the end of our stay, some weird sewage smell started growing and don’t know where it came from. We ended up needing to switch rooms because the smell became too unbearable. We had to get the manager involved, she did a good job assisting us.
Room service is very poor. When you call front desk, they are usually confused of your request and often just ignore you completely. I often have to go out of my way to get room service, it’s more like self service.

3 pools located in different parts of the resort. There’s got to be one close to you. The Kids Club is on the small end, but the staff are friendly and my little one had a blast, so I can’t complaint. Wifi is very weak and spotty.

We opted in to the all inclusive package that allows us to eat all we want at the resort. But there’s a catch, only the ISLE Restaurant is on the list. Staff are friendly. Food is good. Definitely go for the chefs recommendations.
