"地理位置是v1的硬伤。一定要选择pool view，否则灾难。空调很老很吵。其他不错"

"I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!"

"地點方便，對面是芭東海灘，潮退時可以玩浪。海灘旁邊有很多小店賣當地特色食物。我住的是family suite，小朋友很滿意房間設備。泳池很乾淨，pool bar中午的combo set lunch有附送水果，每日3pm開始happy hour! 自助早餐選擇多，小朋友都喜歡。遊客說話可以盡量安靜，早起床的樓上住客不要製造噪音，就更加好。"

"Overall quite nice. Just the reception seems to be understaff - during our check in (Friday around 1pm) there is only one staff at the reception who has to handle the check in, another guest complaining on their room and the calls from guests room. I have been waiting for 30 mins for the whole process (the staff is very polite and keep saying sorry during the process as our check in keep being interrupted) Similiar situation happened during our check out. Other than that, everything is very nice. The gym is very well-equipped. Close to the beach"

"今次真的中伏了，Check in 足足用了一個半小時，已經有4個工作人員做Check in, 但十分之亂，排隊已經排了半小時，是一個中年服務員幫我做check in, 我也再次說明我訂的是2床海景房，他說清楚，再等了廿分鐘才有專車車我們那座，因為每座也要座接駁車，入房後發覺是一床房，但Bell boy已經離開，我們只有步行落去lobby, 再同那個中年男服務員說，給錯了房，他沒有道歉，還將我們交給其他工作人員，我們又再等她安排房間，又等了大半小時，今次給我們要行樓梯上房間的房，bell boy開房後看見景觀比之前嗰間差距很大，變了down great 咗，每次出街也要行一大段路才能到達lobby，因為洒店沒有shutt 去市區，每次也要call的士，交通費也用了不少，因為離芭東也要十五分鐘車程，就算自己有車都要拍在lobby外的車位再要乘坐接駁車到自住那座，到最後走的時候要提著大行李落樓梯再等接駁車去lobby check out，但等了10分鐘也沒有接駁車，我們推着行李行一大段路到lobby，而三天早餐也只吃了第一天，兩天也不吃酒店的早餐，實在選擇不多，也不好吃，這三晚真的住得十分之不便及不愉快！我不會再選擇這間酒店！"
