We have stayed at this property before and loved it. This time we weren’t as impressed. Upon checking in, the staff was not very friendly, no small talk while going through the process, no how is your day..and when directed to my room it was I was told oh just down the hall ( my room was more than just down the hall). I was just handed a piece of paper about the property instead of anyone explaining dining options the hotel offers, the pool hours, that there is live music on the weekends at the pool, where the gym was located, etc. It was as if they just wanted to get rid of me at the front desk. Our room was fine at first. But the longer we were there we noticed quite a few things wrong with our bathroom. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk, which someone did come check out the toilet issue. Few other issues, I was only given one key ( never asked how many I wanted, and had to go ask for another one), never asked if I wanted a receipt upon check out ( I had to ask for that too, and the clerk seemed annoyed I wanted a print out), and no one asked about me being a reward member and making sure my Hilton points were added to my account. We have a reservation for this same property next month but we might be looking elsewhere.
