I am extremely disappointed with the service we received regarding our reservation. We booked two rooms for November 19, 2024, and I have attached the payment receipt for your reference. The worst part was that when my colleague arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the reservation had been canceled. Please note, we had fully paid for this booking, and when we made the reservation, we were aware that no refund would be issued in case of cancellation. However, the cancellation was not initiated by us. I contacted Expedia this morning regarding this issue, and they informed me that the cancellation occurred due to a lack of communication from Hilton. Since Expedia was not notified by Hilton that the reservation had been canceled, they processed the payment as usual. I formally request a full refund and they have gave me wrong email id to reach manager.
