This was a horrible experience. First, checking in made me feel like a criminal. Have to sign releases, register my car at the front desk so it doesn’t get towed, AND had to pay a security deposit ON TOP OF paying my bill up front. Still haven’t received the reimbursement.
The hotel smelled weird and the lobby was so dirty. Get to my room, keycard barely works because the door is so stuck I still have to force it open before it relocks.
Zero accommodation for actual extended stay. Sheets were paper thin and the wifi didn’t work. (Mind you, I ended up calling the internet provider hotline they provided in the room and the provider told me that the hotel’s account was delinquent so they cut off service. So false advertising since I needed the wifi for work).
The bathroom was even worse. Sticky floors and mold in the shower. Did not feel actually clean at all. Chipped paint and shotty repairs. The shower curtain wouldn’t even stay straight since the pole was broken.
Luckily, most of my trip was spent OUTSIDE of this hotel. Affordable but at a big cost. Staffing is abysmal and the front desk was working under impossible conditions. Wish I could go back in time and book somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could
