Storms blew out our power for a few days, and we needed someplace comfy and cool to stay, that of course included wifi. I work remotely and connections were great, no issues whatsoever. Beds were crisp white and clean and so soft and comfy. Fridge, coffee, and hair and body care items were wonderful. In fact, my daughter loved the 39° N shampoo so much, she wanted me to order it for her! And everyone at the front desk was so friendly and kind. I was a bit frustrated due to the power outage, which originally had no eta on restoration, and having to drive back and forth a further distance now to drop my daughter off at her acting camp (it was 5 mins down the road from our home) but the woman who checked me in was sweet as pie and so nice. And the hotel was so clean and upon entering the room, I felt some relief come over me. And after a hot shower I climbed into bed and was able to finally feel relaxed. About mid day the following day, I got the notice that power was actually already restored. :) The only annoyance was that it was a non refundable room, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. So I still checked out a night early because we were itching to get back home. But it would have been nice to have some sort of refund or credit applied. Not sure if it was because it was a last minute, same day booking but some other options regarding early cancels or refunds would be nice for the future. But overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, by far.
