「The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. Many here are return visitors. You don’t need luxury. This has what you need. Hot shower. Fridge, great plants outside. Parking. Close to shopping and the market. The staff are extremely kind. Best stay in Thailand so far in terms of relaxation. Away from the pollution of Bangkok and traffic of Phuket. Take a bus from Bangkok. It’s 6 hours. Go visit so many different attractions. I will come back. 」

「Very clean environment, great staff from front desk to housekeeping. Could use a plumbing services to adjust the Bidet continuously leaking, and get bit more hot water on the pot. Over-all environment very clean, as said before great staff services.」

「Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. Nothing was resolved and I had to pay a lot of extra taxi fees which not have been required had the hotel had been where it is shown on the map. If you book this hotel,...

「A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! 」

「A week after booking via hotel.com, the hotel contacted back saying they made a mistake overbooking and asked to move us to the cave like room. The room was very stuffy with no window. ---The waterfall view was great. The food was okay.」
