「Nice location , clean premises , friendly staff」

「One interesting fact that the front desk was very contempt when I checked-in. Definitely not a 4 or 5-star hotel, toothbrush cost 2 dollars and no slippers. When I ask for more shower set, the front desk is very unwilling to give me any and tell me there are in the room with a very skeptical tone. The front desk was not very professional either, one staff tell me that the key card is 30 dollars, while another tells me that they are free. Last but not the least, the room did not smell fresh.
