The room is tidy and clean. Although the Wifi service is not functioning in the first day of stay, the staffs are patient in explaining it. However, there are not much eating places near the hotel.
Staff are very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at Novotel Perth Langley.

We arrived close to midnight the staff was very welcoming and informative. The views from our suite were picturesqueout over the Swan River . Easy to get around from there free bus less than 200m up the street or a lovely 10 min walk along the swan riverfront to Elizabeth Quay.
The downside was only 1 lounge chair in the suite but 2 people would normally occupy that style of room so why only 1 easy chair ,the bed was very firm not real comfy . Breakfast was disappointing same food at buffet day in day out bacon well over cooked . Coffee machine only fills half a cup sad when you look forward to your morning coffee, Would advise people go to the bar and order a really nice coffee from the bar at least its a full cup. Staff definitely fantastic friendly and helpful.

Reception staff that didn’t seem to care - one young man in particular who never bothered lodging maintenance request for faulty phone reported soon after check in. Breakfast was very ordinary for the rate they charged. Website and page on Expedia advertise soundproof walls - that was the biggest joke - heard my neighbour on his conference call from 2-5am! Couldn’t even use phone to call anyone about it as it was never fixed deposits asking twice. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! Event staff also great to work with. Pity about the front desk staff.

Staff did absolute minimum to facilitate a stay. Key cards were useless and frustrating on the lift and room doors. Room cleaning was less than basic… duvet pulled over unmade beds instead of sprucing them up. Cleaning products and sponge left behind by cleaners, keycards taken out of power slots on the wall by cleaners requiring a visit to reception to get a new one. Coffee sachets not replaced each day, bathroom product bottles unfilled for entire 9 day stay despite being empty from previous guests. Even getting the interconnecting door between rooms unlocked took two visits by staff cos first guy CBFed sorting both sides… was cheaper service than the room rates suggested.
Buffet breakfast was bare minimal choices and terrible service… mostly ditched to eat nice food out. Overall disappointing stay. Novotel in Mumbai was ten times better than this place.

All in all, I had a pleasant stay. I would probably book the hotel again if I were to visit Perth again.
