「The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that there was hair in the floor of the bathroom and the bathtub when we first got there. While I was eating breakfast, and only four other people in the eating area, staff swept literally underneath my feet not once but twice. I felt rushed and just really that it was a bit rude. 」

「The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast omelets were very good. I was not happy eating and drinking from styrofoam, also the bagels were very old and were wrapped in plastic, just like the fruit. It was like eating at a gas station. We stay at IHG hotels frequently, mostly because we like the breakfasts there and we like the ambience, they should at least have paper plates available, we pay a premium price to be there.」

「Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience! 」

「This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. 」

「I was impressed by the unheard traffic noise and the size for the price. The only negative I have is the maintenance issues and some missed items in the kitchen that should have been removed before the next guest. 」
