「Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel...

「Nice hotel in a good location. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants and not too far to walk into Barry Island. A little bit of tlc needed in the room due to wear and tear which didn’t affect our stay at all. 」

「Have stayed here a few times and find it very comfortable, both the singles and doubles. Really lovely staff and great location. 」

「A lovely trip away for my partners birthday. We had a sea view room and it was exceptional. The British weather can’t be helped but the view was still great. My only struggle was with the parking as it wasn’t super clear where the parking was at the rear. 」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」
