「Booked as we landed 0.55am. 24 hour front desk, quiet room as requested. Key cards did not open door, but sorted quickly with guy on front desk coming to our room to ensure access. Room very warm, everything you need, nice standard for cheap airport hotel 」

「So bad. We just arrived around 20 minutes and then they ask us to pay for charge of bath with no reason. I’ve no idea why but the manager told us cuz we have arrived 20 minutes so we need afford the charge of bath. 」

「酒店總共有2層, 下面3間房, 數上4間房, 周邊環境好好有古代鄉村, 而酒店建築物都給予1930年代外觀, 最特別係CHECK-IN係酒吧餐廳入面, 而晚餐和早餐價錢都優惠不貴, 食物質素幾好. 而各服務員十分有禮貌好有笑容值得一讚. 唯一少許不滿意浴室浴缸較為不清潔.」

「Lovely hotel and good food, our only complaint was that the heating in the room was not on when we arrived and we were told that it would not be switched on until 4.30 pm! Given that check in time is 3pm surely the heating should be on by then!!」

「Got ourselves 1 Room Twin single for a night. It was good for it's price, reception were welcoming, room size is reasonably enough for 2 adults wanting a budget friendly and quality rest. Would stay there again if I'm stopping by Derby.」
