"The room was super super tiny, no wardrobe or hair dryer. However we kind of figured it out before booking since the size info is listed anyway. Otherwise the room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was very conveniently located. There was coffee/tea available in the room as well as tv. It really was good enough for as for a few nights, we would probably stay here again. Receptionist was nice, easy online check in before arriving saved us some time:) Thank You"

"It was a great base for a couple of days in London for the theatre. Comfy beds, good pillows, nice shower and a good choice, hot and replenished often at breakfast. There was a bit of a queue to get in to breakfast in the morning but nothing too dramatic. The only thing I would say is we only got 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 of us which I thought was a bit odd, I’m sure it would not have been too much trouble if we requested another but we managed with 3 ok.. just maybe...

"The property is a flat turned “hotel”. No staff, bathroom shared and smelled like mould. Room was nice and clean, but very tiny with practically no window. Property is very conveniently located, close to main train stations, tube, and busses. You get what you pay for- if you’re on a budget."

"閑静な住宅街です。地下1階のような場所です。照明の電気が切れていたりトイレットペーパーが２名で４泊するのに二つしかなかったり（買い物に時間取られる）とどうしてもホテルと比べると不便さは出ます。無人チェックインなのでIDの提出など全てオンラインで、鍵の受け渡し方法も大変です。一つの経験として受け止めてはいますが、特におすすめはしません。値段もこれくらいのホテルは探せばあるでしょうし、ただの旅行でやや高圧的に感じるやり取りに辟易しました。（私らの質問には答えないor返事が遅い、それなのに鍵やお金のことだけ鬼のようにメールが送信されてくるなど。こちらも移動や観光で忙しいにも関わらず）小さい子供連れの家族には家のように落ち着けて良いのかもしれません。キッチン付きなのは良いです。外食よりは食費が下げられてややヘルシーになるかもしれません。バストイレが一つなのは使いづらいです。"
