「Staff was really nice but the elevator wasn’t working and room service never came to my room over the 4 days I was there」

「Lack of staff is an issue. Only one person at the reception on my check-in date despite a high number of people arriving around 6;30pm. It took over 30 minutes to get the key. When asked, a staff spoke about many employees on holiday. Obviously, the management is unable to plan accordingly staff in regard to work. Generally, staff at reception was not very responsive and friendly. Lack of interest in their job? 」
