Arrived in the evening and Skyler attended us with such amazing customer service! She accommodated our every need and knew what the meaning of 5 star service means!! The Views were amazing and the sunrise was even more spectacular from the balcony! Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and slepted like a baby! Breakfast area was a bit small but just right. Heidi greeted us with morning cheer and food came out quickly and yummy. Great Hotel choice! Price was also undeniably economical for such a pretty Resort! 👍

The room was great, and the staff was awesome. However, we should have been notified promptly when it was safe to return to our room after the emergency evacuation. The receptionist was very apologetic about this. Also, it would have been nice to use the pool if it were heated.

Room was clean. Staff was super helpfull and friendly!! Hotel is directly on the beach. We had a bay view, with no balcony, but it was still a good view! Kids loved the pool. Fitness room could use an upgrade. Food was good, but a little pricey. Overall, great stay!
