"Very nice and clean place. Well maintained. Expensive for what you get. No coffee machine or refrigerator in the room. For coffee you need to pay for a very expensive buffet ($22) or drive to the next town. Virtually no soap in the room. Need to press the dispenser a lot to get any soap. Owner was untruthful with me about dinner. Told me the only option was a four course meal also expensive but very tasty. After I received my meal I started seeing other diners (locals) getting different...

"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. The property was also over an hour from trailheads...

"Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, help me with directions, making sure that I am happy and content traveling solo, finding me the best seat in the house, calling me a cab early in the morning, and encouraging me to face my fear of high and ride the cable car to the top of the mountain! "An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."

A wonderful stay in Bressanone!

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "

"Our stay at Adler Lodge Ritten was nothing short of magical. The lodge is incredibly beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites that set the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape. We felt utterly relaxed during our time here, especially with the luxurious sauna in our bedroom and the serene saltwater pool. Each day was an adventure, with fantastic hiking trails in the surrounding area. The food was a highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious, featuring local delicacies that we couldn’t get enough of. We have to give a special mention to our server, Alex, who made every meal an experience. His knowledge of the cuisine and local wines was remarkable, and thanks to him, we discovered our new favorite amaro! His friendly personality added so much to our dining experience. We also want to recognize Rudie at the bar/lounge downstairs. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel so well taken care of during our time there. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made the lounge one of our favorite places to unwind. Adler Lodge Ritten exceeded all our expectations, offering stunning scenery, excellent food, and an amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!"
