「Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. 「Comfortable stay. Cosy double room was as described. Check in reception and room staff were very helpful. Great location in the centre of Ludlow and we managed to get a parking space. Only negative was a lot of steps along corridors to the room.」

「Liked hotel, lovely old fashioned atmosphere and spacious rooms. Had to change room due to unacceptable lumpy mattress. New room mattress was better but still needed to be upgraded or replaced. This one issue spoiled what was otherwise an excellent hotel. 」
