「I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. 「My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone.
