「This is a newish property with some innovations that I appreciate. Principal is a no slip shower stall with controls away from the splash zone. I can't confirm, but I believe the floor "tile" is cushion too. It is certainly nonslip. That said, the bed is very comfortable and the HVAC perfect as far as I could tell – – this during a cold snap. There's even a classy bar downstairs. I thought it was an improvement.
