「Several parts of the room were falling apart, the ceiling near the air conditioner was mouldy, the ironing board holder wasn't screwed to the wall, the towel hanger was hanging off. The bathroom bath plug was filled with hair. In the bathroom we encountered a cockroach. The floor was constantly wet possibly due to the bath or toilet leaking. The do not disturb and clean room buttons were broken, thankfully they had signs... But they only cleaned our room once over 3 days so we had to buy toilet...
