「It was very clean and customer service was good and breakfast was good and the lady that was helping in the kitchen was so nice and she kept the place well stock and the tables were clean and the floors ! The bedroom was very clean and the whole room was very very clean the bed was very very comfortable I slept so good!! 「The two bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable. The fireplace adds warmth and a wonderful, cozy feeling. It's nice to have an oven to make home cooked meals and in our case cookies. The beds are comfortable. Staff is super friendly. We will seek out Sonestas every time we travel. 」

「The room was a nice size & clean. The heater didn't work correctly. No packs of coffee in the room. No new coffee cups were brought in for our second day. No soap in the container in the shower. Couldn't get desired channels on TV that my son was able eto get in his room」
