「We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!」

「Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential. 」

「Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. 」

「Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! 」

「Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr verwickelt (Bad, Zimmer), das Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster und hat damit keine typische Ramada-Qualität. Max. 3 Sterne. Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit, da nach der Reinigung es ab und zu Haare gab. Im Zimmer wurden unterschiedliche Steckdosen - europäische und amerikanische - verwandt, aber einen Adapter gab es auf Anfrage.」

「Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

「Очень жаль что выбрали этот отель, не обратив внимание но отзывы людей, что нет горячей воды и что жестский матрас. Горячей воды реально не было, пришлось ругаться на рецепшине, они включили воду но ненадолго. Матрас был такой твердый, тонкий и дешёвый. Это просто ужас я очень плохо спала ночи проведенные в этом отеле, проблемы с тем что бы принять душ. Система кондиционирования не работает. Ковровое покрытие все в пятнах. Я не рекомендую этот отель, худшего отеля я ещё не видела тем более за...
