Our room safe would not lock but we were provided with safe keeping of our valuables in the property main safe. Overall we really loved this property and would recommend it. 」

「Staff Reception and Management were all fantastic! Our stay was at a time just after the major storm but nothing was too much. I had flown in from Portugal but the stories I heard from local people who the hotel had looked after during this awful time was amazing. Well done The Ellison. 「So our stay started off great! Lovey spacious family room with a smart tv to watch Netflix on so kids were delighted. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him. The room we got to smelled of smoke and paint which wasn’t ideal however the next morning we were moved to a similar room from the first night! In fairness the hotel couldn’t know that 2...

「Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major. 」
