「Christina at the front desk was friendly and nice. Liked the hot coffee and tea at lobby while we waited for room to be available. Shuttle to Park City was convenient and on time. The only minus was the noisy stomping upstairs and sound of running water (probably upstairs?)」

「Everything you need is close by, there is a hotel shuttle into Park City, businesses did not open until 10am, the kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel felt dated and worn but adequate. 」

「We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before.」

「We booked a 4 bedroom apartment and it was a really good apartment for our group. It had all the facilities and plenty of room for our large group, 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable apartment just like our home. The front desk representative were very friendly and helpful. Some areas where they can improve: 1. 「I did enjoy our stay! Great condo with 2 levels and balcony w hot tub. It does have a sewage smell upon walking in (maybe the main level bathroom?) and just smells dated. Maybe some nice Pura plug ins would help immensely. Overall great location, beautiful view and very serene. 」

「Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. 」

「Pretty nice place overall. Staff were very friendly. The location isn’t the most convenient or walkable, but it’s a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. WiFi in the room was atrociously slow which didn’t matter to me too much on this trip, but I consider decent WiFi to be table stakes in 2025 so I’d like to see them improve that.
