「Best place for ski in / out with access very close to the lifts and parking」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Dishwasher was broken, as was the hot tub (major reason for booking), and 10am mandatory checkout is earlier than the 1100 industry standard, and no late checkouts available.」

「Nice place to stay in Park City. The property is slightly dated but provides everything you need. The bed was comfortable, amenities were plentiful, and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the wood provided for the fireplace was super wet and wouldn't light. 」

「We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before.」

「Excellent location if you wish to be right in downtown PC. Great value for Presidents Day weekend. The fixtures and amenities in the unit are pretty old but everything was super clean and in good working order. Also, I have to shout out Chantal at the front desk who really went the extra mile with communication and helpful suggestions. 」
