Easy to find. Very close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and public transport stops. Front desk is open 24 hours a day. The staff were helpful, and all seemed to speak English.
The facilities listed when we booked included a bar, cafe and laundry on site - I didn't see a bar, I'm assuming the cafe was the coffee and tea making area (which was well stocked and free), and when we enquired at the front desk about the laundry, we were told there wasn't one. But, a quick Google search led us to a self serve laundromat 2 minutes walk away (ma pince a linge).
The elevator was hilariously tiny, but reliable. The rooms were also very small, but they had everything required. It was nice having a window which fully opened onto the street. The electric shutters were amazing - we woke up at 9am and had absolutely no idea what time it was, the room was still pitch black.
Plenty of power outlets, and next to the beds as well. Bed were comfortable, but we found the pillows awful - they squished down entirely and provided no support.
We did hear our floor neighbours coming and going - fortunately we seemed to be surrounded by quiet people who kept 'normal' hours, but it could be a problem if you had some lots and inconsiderate people staying.
Good price, in a great location for exploring the rest of the city. Walking back over multiple nights, seemed very safe.
