「Lovely staff throughout, rooms are sizeable, good shower, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the usual continental, hot food available at cost. The evening buffet was good value with reasonable selection. The pool with slides and pirate boat was great fun, as is soft play. Shuttle to Disney is frequent though packed. Handy for a shopping trip to Val’d Europe. Taxis seem to be flat fare so try uber, half the cost. 」

「We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable....

「This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward.
