「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」

「房间的卫生一般，我住三个晚上，都可以不换床单，搞到我的皮肤不舒服，感觉服务不是很友好，还有就是早餐用餐时间明明是6：30至11：30，但我11：10到那个服务员就很不好的大声告诉我关门了，态度非常的差，一天的好心情就给她影响了」

「I stayed here with a couple girls and my sister for my 40th and we felt so welcomed. We stayed in the hotel lobby bar for a good chunk of time the day of our arrival and the service was great. The staff was very nice and so sweet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. My sister and I enjoyed the robes that were hanging in the hotel closet, they were so incredibly soft. We were able to walk to the restaurant we had reservations at but when it came time for our booking, it was raining. Luckily...

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」
