「酒店位置极好，离诺曼皇宫步行不到5分钟距离，员工非常热心，服务周到，提供的早餐真的是量大得不得了，怎么也吃不完。酒店装饰也很特别。只是房间稍简陋，除了床没椅子可坐，也没桌子。隔音比较差，隔壁的孩子到了晚上哭闹声，以及有人在房间大声说话，有点吵。幸好10点之后安静了。」

「This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything.」

「After reading the many excellent reviews it was a no brainer, but was still a bit skeptical with the no reception but gave it a try regardless and so glad we did! 「Only stayed one night, but it worked out well for us. A little tougher to check in compared to a hotel. Friendly helpful host. Great hole-in-the-wall pizza place (Mounir Pizzeria e Kabob) nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again.」
