「Stowe is firmly implanted in my brain as an amazing place to visit, and the Timberholm plays a big part of this. Just a few minutes drive outside of the town centre, it's easily accessible and yet far away enough that it feels secluded and peaceful. What a gorgeous lodge too, with all kinds of activities and a huge fireplace with roaring flames if you just want to chill. 「Very romantic setting. Delicious daily breakfast cooked and served by innkeepers. Beautiful fall seasonal decorations throughout the inn/ rooms. Charming walking paths around the property. Enjoyed the in room fireplace and jacuzzi tub for 2. 」

「The place is set up like a hybrid motel lodge style. Room was cute with a deck and chairs. Heat unit was difficult to figure out with no explanation anywhere. All light switches on the wall went to nothing. All lights were manual. Other than those oddities, the place was comfortable and convenient. Bed was super comfy and shower was amazing. 」

「First time at Bolton and I am very impressed. Nice cozy inn at the lifts. Place is well cared for and you can tell that whoever is running this place has things under control. There was a major water main break which is obviously a disaster but the inn was extremely responsible and communicative. Free bottled water, great signage and a letter under the door at 2am.
