「Breakfast was impressive, gym and pool were great, staff are very friendly. I forgot my phone adapter so the hotel loaned me one then the concierge drove me to the store so I could buy one. That is going above and beyond my expectations! 」

「It rained a bit, which is to be expected in this area, but nothing that was too much of a bother. One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. I don't know what the solution is, however, there should be room for some consideration.」

「Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food.」
