「Horrible. The establishment was closed (August 2021) when we arrived. The hotel charged my credit card only to find out when we arrived, the hotel was empty and abandoned. Never again!」

「Check in was fine as usual but there was no hot water (plumbing issues). We said no worries just a couple free drinks. I was given a $15.00 credit voucher . However I would have received that voucher anyway from Wyndham rewards and would have used it towards lunch or dinner at the hotel. So even though they said yes we will give you a voucher for free drinks they actually only gave me my Wyndham voucher. Maybe they thought we wouldn't see that it was a Wyndham rewards. 」

「No reunía los requerimientos para una señora mayor, como son los baños, el deterioro del mobiliario, me sentía incómoda, el restaurante no tenía un menú variado y nutritivo. Debo calificar este alojamiento como cita de ocasión.」
