"The Proper is our favorite hotel in Downtown SF. We visit frequently. It’s whimsically stylish, clean and quiet. The beds, bedding and shower are very nice. It’s close to entertainment venues and Villon is a very good restaurant. If you know SF, Market St is what it is, but the hotel feels safe."
