"Had an excellent stay with my family. My villa room was not suitable for 2 adults and 3 children- although the hotel tried to do as much as he could to accommodate us. Service was excellent- shuttle service is perfect and flawless. Hotel is beautiful Breakfast is superb. Pools ate very nice and the views are really beautiful. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
