Need more trollies when it comes to the day everyone is going home it’s a nightmare trying to find one. I know we have had a lot of snow recently and I have this same issue with my staff but the maintenance regarding snow removal needs to be more consistent. Elderly and disabled people were having a hard time walking around the outside property, even just trying to park and check in. Great staff very friendly Allan is wonderful. any time we had any questions the staff always had an answer so very great training. Also it would have been nice if the balcony was shovelled out I couldn’t even use it. I celebrated my 10 year anniversary and overall we had a great time and will be back. Please don’t take my feedback as negative it’s just meant to improve. Thank you cheers

Our toilet would not stop running water and we had to adjust it after every flush. The vent hood did not work nore did one of the 2 burners. The room was super dry and we had to keep the balcony door open just to get some air in

Literally a magical place. We stayed with a group of friends and this is super convenient location and walking distances to everything but not in the middle the village where it was too loud. Only bad thing about the accommodation was the fold out beds. They are very uncomfortable and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor. There was not a lot of options for additional beds in the area

Our stay at Mosaic Hotel in Blue Mountain was really good. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
