「房間非常新穎，乾淨，隔音良好。 廚具很新。乾濕分離浴室。 大廳非常明亮，暖氣充足，還有免費咖啡。 可洗衣服與烘衣服。 附近交通方便，出門就有Metro。 不遠處有公車站。」

「The property and rooms are very nice and generally well maintained. The linens are good quality and the bed is very comfortable. There is a laundry room, a lobby with tea and coffee. We stayed for a week and therefore we're hoping to cook some of our meals. The stove and oven did not work and could not be repaired in time. The hotel gave us a discount. I would stay here again but I would get confirmation first that the appliances are working.」

「Heerlijk appartement, erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van allemaal leuke plekken in Rotterdam. Jammer dat er geen lift was en de bedden vonden we wat aan de kleine kant. Ondanks dat zou ik deze plek zeker aanraden!」

「Très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied de centraal station, a 7 minutes de la station metro Beeurs, propre, fonctionnel et confortable, assez spacieux. Tout parfait, sauf une fenêtre étroite dans la chambre qui n'a pas de rideaux, la lumière du jour vous reveille donc tôt le matin. A part cela, vraiment rien à redire. L'ensemble du bâtiment est calme, les escaliers très très raides, comme dans tous les bâtiments hollandais.」
