We came to the hotel for a night after seeing a play at the Grand. First impressions were great. We got to our room, clean and comfortable. Turned on the TV, neither the straing channels or live tv worked. Everything was in an asian language. The staff didnt have time to fix it...we figured out how to mirror our phone so we could watch a movie. We decided to order food from door dash...problems began. We got a call from our dasher, they were at the address provided, but it wasnt our hotel. I was told they only I use the address, not the business name or that. So, we got a call from the Door Dash customer service and was told that because we provided the incorrect address is is our fault amd we still owe for the food. Okay 40$ down the drain.
We try again, place a new order, i clearly check that it is the correct place. Cobblestone hotel. I place an order
Again get a call. Cant find our hotel room. Again, cant deliver our fpod because we gave the a wrong address. I look closer, the address that was given to them via the app when i clicked on Cobblestone was an incorrect address. When we look us the actual address for where we were it showed ip as Hawthorne in and suites. Another 40$lost. Fortunately that driver decided to run it over on his own amd i gave him 20$. So, after 100$ we got a cold pizzi andelted ice-cream. The hotel was great but they need to find a way to update that info.
